Minnetonka Orchards works with select partners to help provide bar service, event planning, furnishings, and more, for your wedding.

Our exclusive partnership with Lucky’s 13 Pub provides bartenders for your event and management of manage beer, wine, liquor, soft drinks, bar, ice, and glasses.

Lucky’s 13 must manage your bar for the duration of your event, however Lucky’s 13 will allow you to bring in your own alcohol if that is your preference, which is a very unique situation.

Minnetonka Orchards is proud to say that you may bring any caterer to your event that you wish. All catering and beverage vendors are subject to a 15% facility charge. Prior to booking a catering company, please refer to the guidelines of your rental contract questions or like more information, please contact info@minnetonkaorchards.com.

Minnetonka Orchards allows whatever rental company you choose for your tables and chairs. We do have chairs and tables you can rent from us for your event – contact us for more information.

You are welcome to contract with any music provider (DJ) that you would like for your wedding. If you would like, we can connect you with musicians that have played at the Orchard previously or DJ companies we have worked with. Contact us for more information.

We require that all amplified music be stopped at 10 p.m. Other event activities may continue until 12 a.m. This restriction is per conditional use permit issued by the City of Minnetrista and is not negotiable.

Yes. We have two outlets at the ceremony site.

One outlet is in the gazebo, and there’s one near the rose bushes.

IS THERE ANYTHING ELSE LOCATED AT THE CEREMONY SITE?

Yes. There are two oversized chalk boards (with chalk) that are permanent for your use. We also have two beautiful barns – one for the bridal party and one for the groomsman’s party.
