American farms have been depicted in art since the beginning of time, and our farm is no exception.  Leave your wish with our life sized wire figure art sculpture of Johnny Appleseed, shop our apple barn for local photography and tractor art, or just walk around and be inspired. Be inspired by our landscape artists scattered throughout our rolling hills.

This weekend we'll have Apple wood Slingshot making from 10:30 to 4:30.  We'll have a table setup for interested kids and a target practice area.  Demonstrations on canning your harvest bounty will take place in front of the barn and we'll show you the steps required to can your winter meals.  Check back for times and more details.

Artisans Des Fleurs;  A local floral design group, is coming to Minnetonka Orchards Saturday September 26th! Under the direction of master designer Ardith Beverage, they will create unique Land Art using natural elements found on the property. Come watch them design and be inspired. This weekend celebrates everything pumpkin … from our pumpkin patch to pumpkin painting.  Come for the apples and great outdoors, and stay for the fun, the spectacular colors and the crisp, clean air. Our scenic orchard grounds have been spooked up to better showcase the pumpkin in our favorite form … the jack-o-latern.

School's out! Enjoy a special fall day at the Orchard with your kids. There will be lots of kid-centered fun, including hayrides and Nifty Nature arts and crafts. Climb our giant hay mountain, meet a new animal friend at Owen's Barnyard or check out our new Corn Crib Fort.  Don’t leave with out the ingredients for some home made apple sauce or pie.

Come on out and help us make fresh apple cider using our 1896 antique cider press!  This year we are demonstrating how to make hard cider.  We are going to be pressing a lot of apples and getting you set up for making 'hard cider' at home.  We'll have the apples and equipment and you bring your zest for this fun hobby.  Be sure to bring your blanket for a fall picnic too.

Come celebrate one of the most important members of your family Oct. 31st and Nov.1st. Grab your leash and come out to Minnetonka Orchards for "Last Dog Days of Fall". Anyone who brings there dog on a leash will receive a free Honeycrisp apple. We will have half price Hot dogs, Doggy hayrides, Disc Dog Demos, Adopt a Dog and Snoopy will be here mid day Saturday.
