Do you remember the last apple you ate? There is some new healthy research from the University of Massachusetts suggesting that apples and apple juice may protect against oxidative damage that contributes to age related brain disorders such as Alzheimer’s disease. It also may help to maintain brain performance indicating that eating apples may impact our brain’s health and mental acuity throughout life. This is great food for thought!
